Trackmaintainers, Khalasi, Artisan all literate field employees in a pick and choose manner is working in offices and bungalows were drawing traveling allowances (TA) of Rs. 4000 to Rs. 7500 per month and Risk allowance of Rs. 2700 per month, calculate the total allowances drawing year wise amounts a huge.

But these staff totally not working their nature of duties on Sun light to protect the life’s of passengers traveling in trains and enjoying in offices with support of ADENs, SrDENs in all most all divisions of all Zonal Railways.

No action taken by GMs/DRMs or HODs/PHODs, and Vigilance team to stop leakage of hard earned railway revenue in this manner for technical workers working in offices and bungalows.

Earlier, former CRB Ashwini Lohani sent back all the Trackmaintainers working in bungalows of officers and offices, but later continue the same scene is going to repeated.

Decision to place Trackmaintainers in offices/bungalows by Civil Engineering officials is totally unsafe in all aspects and also full wasted of trained and highly payed staff.
