MCF organises village chaupal and fulfilling its responsibilities towards the society by taking new initiatives
Lalganj-Raebareli: Modern Rail Coach Factory (#MCF), Lalganj, Raebareli organized an exhibition of items made from waste materials by the children of the schools around MCF and an inter-school science quiz under the Swachchhata Pakhwada (Swachchhata Hi Seva Mission 4.0) ‘Waste to Wealth-2024’ in Saraswati Auditorium on Saturday, 16.11.2024 and the winners of the exhibition and science quiz were awarded by P. K. Mishra, General Manager.
The organizer of this program, Roopesh Shrivastava, Principal Chief Personnel Officer (#PCPO), while addressing the people present, told how MCF is striving for development in the surrounding villages. With this initiative, hundreds of villagers were provided medical facilities and free medicines were also distributed. During this, the villagers were given information related to environmental protection, solar energy conservation.
In the same sequence, during the village chaupal, keeping in view the needs of the people nearby, the residents of the MCF residential complex collected clothes, books etc. for the people living in the nearby rural areas and distributed them to the needy. Through this new initiative, MCF is fulfilling its responsibility towards the society and is ensuring its participation in the upliftment of the society of the country and state.
This year, breaking all the records of the past years, MCF has set a new record by producing the highest number of #coaches and has also ensured its participation through its social work, which is commendable. In his address, the General Manager P. K. Mishra told the children in detail about the history of #IndianRailways and also announced that MCF will organise such competitions.
On this occasion, the General Manager reiterated MCFтАЩs dedication towards #social-welfare and #sports development and announced that in the near future, an inter-school sports competition will also be organised.
The General Manager expressed the hope that this will inspire the children of the nearby villages towards sports and they will get an opportunity to show their talent and ability at the national and international level. Apart from this, the General Manager also informed about the excellent work done by MCF to protect the environment.
At the same time, Padmashri Sudha Singh, Sports Officer, MCF also assured to provide all possible help in training the children of nearby schools so that the participation of meritorious children can be ensured in the Olympic Games during the year 2032. MCF has all latest sports facilities equipped with all facilities.
On this occasion, the General Manager, President/Women Welfare Organisation, Principal Chief Material Manager, Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer, Principal Chief Electrical Engineer, Principal Chief Personnel Officer, Principal Chief Security Commissioner, Deputy Chief Personnel Officer, Padmashri Sudha Singh, and other officers, teachers and students of the schools participating in the program were present.
