The worst ever quality of Signalling work has exposed, the bad quality of work executed by the contractor
A serious #Safety related issue/input where #Public & #Passengers’ Safety involved is received today by #Railwhispers from #NFRailway, Maligaon, Guwahati.
Commissioner of Railway Safety (#CRS), North-East Frontier Circle, Kolkata was offered for #Inspection of Newly Constructed BG line from #Pawakhali (including) to #Thakurganj (excluding) in connection with #Arariya-#Galgalia (Thakurganj) New #BGLine project of #KatiharDivision of #NFRailway for Public Carriage of Goods and Passenger Traffic.
CRS observation and remark with photos taken on site regarding the worst ever quality of #Signalling work has exposed, the bad #quality of work executed by the signalling #contractor.
The #CRS observation states, “Various issues having direct bearing on #SAFETY and also #DEFICIENCY, indicating incompleteness of work were noted.” CRS has thankfully not issued the Authorization for operation of Passenger trains.
We investigated the matter and a copy of #LOA was obtained and found that the #signalling_contract was awarded to M/s #MRTSignalsLtd, Kolkata at a total cost of ₹74.67 crore.
This serious matter is under #investigation in this multiple crore #scam in signalling work which has resulted in such bad quality life threatening situation and will be updated in next episode.
Sources say, M/s #MRTSignalsLimited, Kolkata is the same firm who had previously executed #Signalling work at #Bahanaga Bazar, #Balasore.
It is the hot topic of discussion at #NFRailway, Maligaon, at every level that situation of #Balasore has been created and repeated by the #signalling contractor.
The signalling #Contractor has NO mercy for the lives lost in the #Balasore-accident and #GMNFR/Construction is expected to initiate stern action against the culprit signalling firm, M/s #MRTSignalsLtd, Kolkata.
While #GMNFR/Construction has immediately removed #CSTE/Construction from the post and taking various action against the #Signalling officers and supervisors but NO action has so far been taken by the main culprit M/s #MRT Signals Limited, who caused such bad situation and has brought the dignity and image of Ministry of Railways and its officials to such lowest level.
