I lodged a grievance to PMO and not going through the merit of the case PMO forwarded that to Railway Board as post office

Respected Sir,

I regularly read this online magazine and observed it addressed almost all corners related to railway activities for betterment for railways only. In this series one article recently I noticed on “The Indian Railway’s reputation and the trust of its employees and the public are at stake, Part-2”

Here I desire to add one name of Shri Saroj Kumar Sadangi (#IRSS: 1988 Batch) who since joining in South Eastern Railway has worked outside Kolkata for less than 5 years in his initial days only and at about 7½ years in service life till date. Thereafter he is all alone at #Kolkata for more than 27 years in various posts from Senior Scale to Non functional HAG. In his working in railway he availed one year study leave.

Moreover He spent more than 15 years out of 32½ years total service period in #Vigilance organisation either on #SouthEasternRailway or in #PSU. Therefore Shri #SarojKumarSadangi (IRSS: 1988 Batch) served almost first 12 years in his own department, later 2 years in vigilance, then 4 years in stores department out of which 1 year in study leave and thereafter continually more than 13½ years in vigilance of #SER, #KPT & #CIL.

In this regard the information received through #RTI and related information is hereby enclosed.

I lodged a #grievance to #PMO vide no. #PMOPG/E/2022/0166889 Dated: 21.06.2022 and not going through the merit of the case #PMO forwarded that to #RailwayBoard as post office. Later Railway Board also reciprocated the action of PMO and forwarded that to #SERly. SERly disclosed that grievance on 13.07.2022 stating that it is not related to the zone.

Later I registered an #appeal vide no. MORLY/E/A/22/0002832, Dated: 16.07.2022 against the disclosure of PMO grievance describing, “It is now understood that #PMO is not serious to address the grievances. The apex grievance authority of India is simply forwarded the matter to concern Zonal Railway without going through merit of the subject written. On the other hand #SER dissolved the grievance by attaching only the posting particulars of Shri Sadangi. It is to mention you that the same (the posting particulars of Shri Sadangi) copy I received on 12.07.2077 through email of an RTI reply from #AGM & #FAA vide No. SERLY/A/E/22/00125). And by this way grievance portal of PMO is now lost his/her transparency, authenticity & reliability. I hope nothing positive from SER or RB but as a tool of system I appeal to higher authority to honour the grievance portal & resolve the grievance in proper transparent manner.” And appeal was disposed on 05.09.2022 mentioning, “Your Appeal dated 16.07.2022 has been examined carefully and the points raised in it are beyond the purview of the Zonal Railway.”

He is presently working as #PCMM/#CLW as per Railway Board Order no. E(O))III-2022/TR/354, Dated: 30.09.2022. As we know there are so many stores offices of #CLW in Kolkata (Second home of Chittaranjan for #procurements & #Vendors).
 
It is clearly observed that Shri #Sadangi consciously stayed at Kolkata and mostly in vigilance organization. And it is understood that he is an inevitable railway person of vigilance who should be kept in any ministry subjected to HQ at Kolkata only otherwise SERly, Kolkata Port Trust and Coal India Limited might be in existence problems.

In my opinion the #rotational_transfer_policy in respect of Shri Saroj Kumar Sadangi (IRSS: 1988 Batch) was not at all followed by the authority. So you requested to include Shri Saroj Kumar Sadangi (IRSS: 1988 Batch) if possible in addition to the list of “The Indian Railway’s reputation and the trust of its employees and the public are at stake”.

(ii) One more grievance for another #HAG officer is pending in #CPGRAMS & it will be informed through email as soon as the reply is received.
