#Tenderman has captured three premium rooms on the third floor of the #RailBhawan next to the office of Minister for Railways, by forcefully evicting AM level senior officers. In addition, he has captured 2 more additional rooms for two Personal Secretaries and 2 PAs and has a full time ED level officer Manzar Hussain to assist him. Wow, that is bigger than even where EDCC sits!
Despite having no entitlement for a government vehicle, #Tenderman has captured a premium government vehicle which along with driver is costing Railway Rs. 1 lakhs per month, in blatant violations of the Government of India circular on the re-employment and re-engagement.
He is no #Chanakya, he is a #Machiavelli, ready to suck up to powers that be, he managed to control all the important offices through his handpicked henchman like #JitendraSingh as #EDPG to control the decision making in Minister office, #NavinKumar, Establishment Officer to control the selection and promotion of GMs and Board Members by manipulating 360 degree feedback, #UmeshBalonda as #EDCC to #CRB to keep a tab on the decisions being taken by CRB.
These were only visible faces and there are many invisible faces in #RDSO, Mechanical Engineering, Coaching Directorate, Stores Directorate (#AppaRao), so that all the ill-conceived and superfluous procurements worth lakhs of crores can be done. Did #MRCell think that by not signing files, they have acquitted themselves?

#Tenderman has been controlling the Minister like #Shashikala used to control #Jayalalitha or #Rasputin used to control the Czar Nicholas-II of Russian Empire. And what happened to them? Czar Nicholas-II was dethroned and assassinated, whereas Jayalalitha got convicted in corruption cases. Spending Rs 100 crore extra per train is not covering the Rail Bhawan in any glory.

Backing #Tenderman has resulted in the responsibility of #Balasore resting squarely on the Minister for Railways (#MR) and his cohort. That is MR’s sweet choice.
Why push for the procurements of #VandeBharat, the #Kavach system, locomotives? Answer is in the list of people who can always be seen sitting in the palatial office of #tenderman-talking conspiratorially. Hope that, like register kept at the gate of late CBI Director’s residence, record is maintained about the people going to meet #Tenderman and it is hoped that the CCTV footage of corridors of 3rd Floor of Rail Bhawan is not tampered with.

Now every loco which rolls out of Madhepura adds to the dead weight on the back of Indian Railways already reeling under poor Operating Ratio. How can contracts be so one sided that even after discontinuing diesel locomotives and killing Indian industry supplying components of diesel locomotives, IR is duty bound to buy locomotives manufactured by Marowrah. Also, when #CLW’s 12000hp option and #Dahod’s 9000hp option cost-to-IR are known, how can #Madhepura prices be defended?
It has been fraud committed on poor citizens of this country by allowing incompetent officer like #Tenderman handle largest tenders where he acted and continue to act as company man rather than a government servant under oath to protect GoI interests. And yes, MR chose to defend his #CompanyMan aka #Tenderman.
It wasn’t the handiwork of lowly signal maintainer which caused #Balasore
It is machinations of 3rd Floor of Rail Bhawan.
#Accident in #Balasore is an ominous sign of many more adverse events likely to happen in future if things are not set right, primarily because of the blatant manipulations and ruthlessness with which the #Tenderman is implementing his personal agenda to the detriment of ministry, by clubbing and procuring the Indian Railway’s requirement of next 10 years of Locos/Wagons/Trainsets etc in one year, and by making superfluous and fancy procurements of 200 kmph Vande Bharat at exorbitant rate and by forcing the expensive highly limited Kavach system on Indian Railway (which many have described as wall papering leaking dyke) which is totallly incapable of preventing the collision like Balasore.
If these funds (Rs. 70,000 Crore) are rather utilised fruitfully on #safety enhancement works over Indian Railways, no accident shall ever happen, but that is the last priority of omnipotent Tenderman!

Acharya Chanakya left the kingdom going back to his Ashram after establishing a just empire, which was the world’s largest, setting stage for the golden period of Bharat-who could have stopped him from enjoying fruits of being the history’s tallest king maker?

And his book has become a evergreen book of jokes wherever railway officers sit-which is testimony of his incompetence and poor understanding of what a locomotive is! Every day he spends in 3rd Floor Sheeshmahal is curse on the glorious Indian Railways.
Rail Bhawan incentivised people who ran Indian Railways like gamblers.
300 people have died. Some mutilated beyond recognition.
Some people we know well, perhaps won’t get hell to rot in.
