Mr PCSTE/NR: Pls prove that you aren’t a part of the corrupt signalling cartel!
Mr PCSTE/Northern Railway, #Railwhispers have realised that you have extended both the big tenders opening date which was opening on 09.03.2023 and 10.03.2023 respectively by 7 days as follows.
To ensure effective competition and pricing and in the nation’s interest, I appreciate your decision but please do the following and prove to citizens that you are not a part of the corrupt signaling cartel !
1. Remove all store items like MSDAC, IPS etc from these works tenders and purchase through Stores so that OEM can participate directly rather than purchase through works through middle men who are agents and charge huge margins.
2. Float Works tender in values where participation is maximum by vendors and thus effective competition is there.
All the respective authorities and agencies CBI, CVC, CCI, CRB, PED/Vig/RlyBd, and also Hon’ble Minister for Railways are once again requested to investigate the purpose of such high value work tenders with Stores items in it being purchased at three times the higher price.
