Who is giving protection from the top to a particular Signalling Contractor who is running Cartel of MSDAC and Works contract for the past 30 years to loot the Railways?
As per reliable sources, a Kolkata based Signalling firm is still running Cartel of MSDAC and Works contract in NCR, SER, SECR, NFR, ER, WCR, ECoR, NER etc. to loot the Railways.

In the case of MSDAC they manipulated the OEMs and had arrangements with Sahibabad based OEM, Kolkata based OEM & Banglore based OEM to procure MSDAC @2 lakhs and sell @7 lakhs to the Railways through Store tenders.
In the case of Electronic Interlocking, they have tied up with two firms which they manipulate as per their requirements to obtain a very high Budgetary offer for Railways and grab the order at high cost.
Current FIR by CBI – in the case of Mukesh Kumar, DyCSTE/CON/Agra/North Central Railway and one of the Signalling Contractor is exposed. It is reliably learnt that Kolkata based signalling contractor is behind all this conspiracy as they donтАЩt want any one to step in their territory of NCR.
As per reliable sources, 90% S&T tenders are manipulated in NCR and are being awarded to the same Kolkata based firm.
More than 50% variations are being carried out with the understanding of DyCSTE and CSTE.
The list of all the tenders in the past 30 years with variations and NS items is to be verified by the Vigilance department and CBI jointly to unearth the Cartel. Our Person will also attend to verify the same.
The dirty game plan of the directors of Kolkata based firm being run by Father and son duo is already exposed. They are masterminds in running the cartel. They were exposed in the case of procurement of MSDAC through the Stores department which they manipulated. They have access to all the Government files.
The answer to #Railwhispers question of last episode is very clear, “Who has appointed a signalling officer as SDGM/CVO and some PCSTEs in Zonal Railways? Is there a suspected cartel behind these postings?” It will be revealed very soon.
It is the same Signalling contractor, who with his muscle and money power got the genuine signalling officer CSTE/CON/SER transferred through MR Cell and got their choice of SAG posting so that they will get all the tenders in S.E.Railway and continuous help from their choice of officer.
PHOD, PCSTE/SER is also involved in this dirty game with the contractor. A maximum number of tenders were awarded to this contractor in S. E. Railway. If someone else dares to bid in the tender they are either being disqualified or the tender is discharged.
This Signalling firm has recently got the SDGM of ER transferred and is now getting his own choice of SDGM to cover up the cases against them.
They are now engaged in looting Eastern Railway also and grabbing signalling tenders in connivance with JAG/SAG level officers.
The offer of one bidder was bypassed by the official of Eastern Railway and the matter has reached the Calcutta High Court for Justice.
Sources said, “This contractor is working in close collusion with many Railway officers and pooled money to bribe top ministerial staff. And, Another Kolkata based contractor who is an agent of a senior officer of Northern Railway, who is recently posted in vigilance, is collecting money for funding elections. This is without knowledge of the Hon’ble ministers whose name money is collected. Video recording evidence and photographs of their cartel meeting held at Delhi will be shared soon”. To continue..
