IRCON is the most manipulated PSU, says stakeholders

Hon’ble Minister for Railways is requested to act and stop this high level corruption & manipulation where the owner of a particular company is using the name of your office at all places and threatening officers in your name!

It is clear and known to all sources that Minister for Railways has many a times warned the CMD of IRCON to correct his ways & working, and stop the nuisance value that itтАЩs organisation is creating.

It is also known to all the intimate relations of his CGM/S&T/IRCON with all corrupted contractors with one of the ring-leader being an owner of one particular firm and an officer from Railway Board who has a role in this whole racket, said a reliable source in the Board.

Manipulations defined:

1. Changed the eligibility criteria to be for only signalling credential and removed telecommunication credential.

2. Used forged/false/unauthentic certificates to justify its signalling credential and partnered with some Kolkata based company to fulfill the illegal requirements.

3. Ensured disqualification of PSU – RailTel and RVNL – by manipulating the eligibility criteria.

Questions to be Answered:

1. Why is the CMD/IRCON quiet and not investigating the eligibility requirements of previous tenders?

2. Why was eligibility changed in this Tender no. IRCON/2046/S&T/Tunnel Commu/TENDER/Sivok-Rangpo?

3. Why for signalling and telecommunication tender only signalling credential is required?

4. Why investigation is still not done against this CGM/S&T/IRCON when he in connivance with contractors has bankrupted IRCON.

The Firm’s manipulation and corruption of diabolical and CBI should investigate this tender and itтАЩs conditions, and how only signalling eligibility is required and documents submitted by the firm for its qualifications!

It seems Zonal Railways are ensuring all measures with ring leaders of signalling cartel contractors so that PSUs donтАЩt qualify.
