Why the most corrupt officer still continues to work as CPD for the last 6 years?
It is learnt that the Railway Board (CRB) stressed with the GM/CORE & CAO/CORE, and dislike this type of administrative negligence!
The present CPD/RE/Ahmedabad under the influence of the then Member Electrical, Railway Board got posting of CPD/RE/Danapur in 2017, remained there till 2021.
He also managed to look after the post of CPD/RE/Howrah from 2018 to 2021 under the influence of ExPED Vigilance Railway Board.
Again with the blessings of exPED/Vig, he managed to get post of CPD/RE, Ahmedabad, where maximum electrification work in Indian Railways is left.
There is always a whisper in the corridors of Rail Bhavan and an allegation that, “he used monetary means with the exPED Vigilance, Railway Board and the then Member Electrical, Railway Board.”
It is said that, he has earned huge kickbacks while executing the substandard quality of Railway Electrification works including work related to general services in RE work, whose tendering was done by him.
It is also said that, “he normally did tendering of electrical general work of his project, which was already done by open line and earned huge money while awarding the work and passing the bill without actual work being done at both the places as CPD RE Danapur and CPD RE Howrah.”
“All such works need investigation from CBI. Then only looting of railway money will be exposed,” say the officers.
Officers of the different departments, who are not willing to disclose their identity, say- “He has invested his black money in purchasing real state property in Patna and it’s surroundings.”
He said, “All the three, present CPD/RE, Ahmedabad, exPED/Vigilance and exML have close relations and looted railway revenue when they were at their influential post.”
“Now one ExML retired, exPED/Vigilance was shunted out but he still continues to work as CPD for the last 6 years”, he said.
