Suspected transfer and posting in Electrical department of NCR

Hon’ble Minister for Railways, Please refer to the attached screenshot of the posting order issued by #Personnel department of North Central Railway (#NCR) which shows the neck deep #Corruption and habit of favouritism towards certain incapable and incompetent officers.

Is this rotation or favouritism and corruption in rotation?

As per serial no. 8 in the order issued on 06.06.2024, the officer was transferred from #locoshed Kanpur to locoshed Jhansi as AEE/RS/JHS following which he was removed from the Prayagraj division to report for his duties at Electric Loco Shed (#ELS) Jhansi division.

The officer went absconding without informing anyone and did not report for his duties either and today on 11.09.2024, his orders get revised to give him the comfort and luxuries of staying at home by posting him as ADEE/TMS/Kanpur.

This post has been lying vacant since ages and is a very small unit which hardly requires any officer. The unit which was without a single officer for 4 months has now been given an #ADEE in addition to a #SrDEE/TMS.

There is absolutely no answer why this reversion of transfer orders took place in a span of three months. Where is the officer? Why didn’t he turn up for his duties? Was this reversion of order done at somebody’s request, recommendation or otherwise? Why is the officer being posted once again at Kanpur when he has been posted at the same place since 2016?

Many such transfer orders issued by #RailwayBoard but they are not carrying out, and even the concerned officers are not released. What is the value of these transfer orders? Is there any discipline in railway administration alive?
