GM/CLW should reply the questions, under which rule promoted JE not required TTC training?

Questions are asked by Ministry of Railways under which rule promoted JE not required TTC training to GM/CLW

  1. जब RBE 02/2020 के अनुसार JE/SSE SAFETY Category में आते हैं और #RTI के अनुसार यह नियम #CLW में 06.01.2020 से लागू है तो फिर #PCPO द्वारा 04.01.2022 को #JE/#SSE #SAFETY Category के बाहर कैसे हो गए?
  2. RTI के अनुसार #RBE 03/2018 के अंतर्गत #promotional quota की #training हुई है, तो फिर Training के लिए #TTC क्यों नहीं भेजा गया?
  3. This question may asked to #RailMinister and GM/CLW that you read RBE No. 45/2021 of Annex II C of VIA other safety categories Electrical of Para C14 in which it is clearly given that JE/ SSE under workshop etc are in safety categories, why #PCPO mislead to #GMCLW?

Q. Do you have any knowledge of Railway Board’s Order RBE No. 03/2018, 02/2020, decision dated 26.11.2015 and its relevance in the implementation?

Q. When Information has been received under RTI Act 2005 against the implementation of RBE No. 02/2020 in #CLW from the date of issue i.e. 06.01.2020, then how could #PCPO declare the post of JE not coming under the #safety category vide letter dtd.04.01.2022?

Q. Railway Board’s letter dated 26.11.2015 clearly stated that successful completion of promotional training should be mandatory before being promoted to a particular post. Why not implemented this guidelines? Why PCPO is not responsible?

Q. what are the parameters that have been used by #RKBarnwal #PCPO to measure and judge that only these few candidates are Highly experienced and having skills tested through long standing trials and others have not gained this high experience?

Q. When candidates having higher qualification of engineering i.e. B.Tech and also having long working experience of working as #Technician, then why such exemption of training not implemented for them?
