The Govt may decide whether duplicate IPS are above the Judiciary & System?
Is the DGRPF above the court? Asked Guwahati High Court when the staff officer & advocate told the court that they didn’t get the order from DGRPF to implement the court order! Detained by the Staff Officer in court and said to write the name of the officer who had said not to implement the court order!
It’s very interesting that duplicate IPS aka RPF officers has no mind at all to understand the court’s language. Despite Guwahati High Court’s earlier Order PCSC/NFR didn’t appear in the Hon’ble Court and escaped from the back door by showing one day leave.
However, it was a fact that PCSC was in the office till lunch and in the post lunch session went to enjoy Hornbill Festival at Kohima by using government vehicles and enjoying other official facilities.
On the other hand due to the foolishness of these officers the life of 32 innocent RPF staff and officers and their family members are in danger, they’re deprived of remuneration.
The officer concerned utilised his promottee Staff Officer to submit a reply to the Hon’ble High Court by showing a flimsy and silly ground of Non compliance of Hon’ble Court’s Order that because of not getting any order from their Aka DG/RPF to Withhold the current transfer order of 32 Officers and staff from NFR to foreign Railways.
But these so-called officers of RPF is taking bribes in transfer & postings, auction delivery, collecting gratification from Iron Mafias and Oil Mafias might have forgotten that Hon’ble Court has passed an interim Order in favour of 32 innocent RPF personnel on 17.11.2022 by suspending the Force Order No. 63/2022 by which appelents RPF personnel were transferred to Foreign Railways by PCSC/NFR only not by the DG/RPF.
The Hon’ble Court has taken the matter very seriously but the duplicate IPS still did not agree to obey the order of the Hon’ble High Court.
God knows duplicate IPS aka IRPFS officers are Governed by which Rules and which Constitution?
Now, only the Hon’ble PM Modi or the government, or the Parliament may decide whether duplicate IPS – RPF officers – are above the Judiciary or the System, or they have every right to outlaws the order of the Hon’ble Court?
