High Level Manipulation in tender is worth Rs.238 Cr.: Modus Operandi-6

Hon’ble Minister for Railways to get investigation on how many such tenders in the past this particular firm has secured by manipulation

In our earlier report, “High Level Manipulation In Tender Is Worth Rs. 238 Cr.: Modus Operandi-3“ we had pointed out that there is no details provided on Cellular Communication worth Rs. 49.99 crore.

After investigating by our technical team, it is found that in this part of tender certain schedule items are with grave discrepancies on make/Model/Country of Origin, which look were included to benefit this firm and confuse other probable bidders.

Railway owned PSU Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) and other eligible bidders have raised many queries which remain unanswered.

We will not leave any stone unturn to investigate the manipulation done on this tender as well as previous telecom tender.

We also urge Hon’ble Minister for Railways to get investigation on how many such tenders in the past this particular firm has secured by manipulation.
