When only limited staff specials are running, why 100% booking offices should be open?
Hundreds of life of railway staffs are in danger due to such type of orders of Railway Administration!
As per order of SrDCM/HWH, it is to be strictly monitored that all booking offices should remain operational round the clock and that no eligible ticket holders as per extant rule are deprived from ticket being dispensed.
Accordingly, MST is to be issued to all Railway staffs post production of valid employee proof in addition to healthcare professionals, security personnels, as well as all enlisted passengers, who have been approved by ADRM(OP)/HWH vide office letter.
However, the said passengers, prior to issuance of ticket, must produce the letter of approval from ADRM(OP)/HWH positively without fail.
Simultaneously, all checking bases must be sensitized so as to conduct static as well as squad ticket checking in order to curb malpractices resulting from ticketless travelling.
Proper announcement is to be made at all stations regarding Railway staffs to carry proper MST while availing train services.
Whereas ticket booking staff says, “hundreds of life are in danger due to such type of orders of SrDCM/HWH, when all local trains are cancelled and only staff specials are running. In this pandemic situation where is not a single staff is vaccinated below 45 years in Eastern Railway, West Bengal. On the other hand only a single bottle (1/2 litre) sanitizer provided to each commercial office in Howrah Division by SrDCM/HWH, face masks and face shields is nowhere, then how commercial staff would be safe?”
स्टाफ का यह भी कहना है कि “कोलकाता एरिया में कुछ ऐसे भी स्टेशन हैं जहां स्टाफ स्पेशल भी नहीं रुकतीं, वहां भी चौबीसों घंटे टिकट बुकिंग कार्यालय खोलकर रखे गए हैं, जबकि वहां तक पहुंचने के लिए स्टाफ के पास कोई साधन भी नहीं है।” पूर्व रेलवे सहित दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे प्रशासन को भी इस मामले पर उचित संज्ञान लेकर सर्वप्रथम स्टाफ की सुरक्षा और उसका वैक्सीनेशन सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए।
