COVID: Indian Railways has turned explosive due to collapse of Railway Administration

The situation on Indian Railways has turned explosive due to collapse of Railway Administration under the leadership of present Chairman & CEO/Railways during the last 4 months.

The official data of Indian Railways on 18th April 2021 clearly state that –

  1. On a daily basis 1183 new cases are turning positive and during 2021 from 1st January onwards till 18th April almost 83000 Railway employees have contracted corona.

  2. Number of Railway employees dying per day is around 25 and during 2021 around 1000 Railway employees have died due to corona till now.

  3. Further most 40 dependants of Railway employees are dying everyday due to corona and till now around 1850 Railway employees dependants have died during 2021 due to corona.

  4. But there is no one is responsible or to take care of railwaymen and their families in this hour of crisis.

Many officers of the Railway Board said, “the Chairman & CEO/Rlys wake up and do atleast one positive act of saving lives of railway family members after their appointment or leave the office”.

They also requested to the Minister for Railways, Minister for Home Affairs & Prime Minister’s office, either sack this incompetent Head of Railways or teach him some leadership skills.
