SER’s Medical deptt organises 10th All India Railway Radiographers Annual Conference

Kolkata: 10th All India Railway #Radiographers Annual Conference and Continuing #Medical Education programme (#CME) organized by Indian Railway Radiographers Association (#IRRA) and hosted by South Eastern Railway Central Hospital, has been inaugurated at #BNR Auditorium, Garden Reach, Kolkata on 25.11.2023.

This year, the theme of the conference is “Keeping ahead of time in imaging”.

Dr. Sugandha Raha, Director General, Railway Health Services (#DGRHS), Railway Board was the Chief Guest on the occasion and inaugurated the two-day conference. Dr. Anjana Malhotra, Principal Chief Medical Director (#PCMD), SER and Central Hospital, senior doctors and officers were also present at the inaugural function.

This conference will help the Radiographers for sharing their working experience and also for acquiring best knowledge for service to the mankind and the railway patients. Radiographers from different Railway zones and divisions are attending the programme.

The conference will discuss over the technical advancement of radiological imaging system and how to reduce the radiation hazards over the patient as well as over radiologists and radiographers.

Senior doctors from #SER Central Hospital & Divisional Hospitals are attending the two-day conference.
