Railways Shamed: Modiji, this “Babulal” will only bring shame and embarrassment!

#Railwhispers have published enough on cartels, when #Officer becomes #Vendor and when #Vendor becomes #Minister. These have been backed by incontrovertible documentary evidence

Former “Babu” Mr Ashwini Vaishnaw has been very vocal about 56J but has developed cold feet when real evidence came before him. What does this imply? He forced Rahul Jain, a Secretary level officer on leave, he publicly insulted an Additional Secretary level officer in Khajuraho in a very bad manner, he threatened and humiliated a very competent Member Infrastructure, DG/Safety among others with premature retirement. Many other officers are taking VRS because of his ill-treatment. Junior Officers prevailed upon these senior officers to hold ground to protect railways.

#IndianRailways has been existing even before the #Minister Sahab and his #Advisory group was born. It has survived even though the worst of political leadership. But the deepest cuts have always come from the insiders. Never before in past did an insider given powers of minister – this is what happened when #TenderMan became #Executive_Railway_Minister.

Young officers who were the direct recruits have not come into the system for the past several years, these young unconditioned minds have been an antidote to the entrenchment which finally got strengthened under Mr Vaishnaw and his kitchen cabinet.

How and why orders of likes of #Shamsi, #Nakra, #RKJha etc got changed within weeks of retirement of previous CRB speaks volume of intent of Mr Vaishnaw and his protectees who make #KMG. Mr Vaishnaw can not even take the plea of being novice-he has been an employee of some of the big companies who sold their products to railways-he has seen the system from inside. He is fond of claiming how senior railway officers are like lords – while he made a #Sheeshmahal for himself.

Moreover, we have already published four volumes and are about to complete the fifth, where we have given detailed feedback from ground level, this quality of feedback and suggestions can not be hired by even big management firms. This feedback and analysis comes from people who lived for and breathed railways-these are not mercantile minds ready to auction their pride.

IRMS has broken the backbone of a running organisation. Repeated accidents speak volumes of it.

From National to International Embarrassment-The #AIDS & #KMG at Work

The #TeesriManzil of #RailBhawan is where all conspiracies play out. Having butchered the career of senior most officers, loyalty to Indian Railways has been reduced to be a joke. The new role models are #Tenderman-#SudheerKumar, #JitendraSingh, #NavinKumar, #AlkaAroraMishra, #SKMishra, #RKJha, #AshokKumar, #RKRai, #RPBharti, #Ganesh – officers like E. Sreedharan are followed by fools who reply to #Vigilance and lose their promotions.

Not satisfied at bureaucratic carnage of careers, the team butchered 300 innocent people on June 2, and on 25 June, 2023, an innocent young lady died of electric shock at New Delhi station. Remember this was not a small halt-this is the main station of India’s capital a few kilometres from Baroda House and Rail Bhawan.

But then #TessriManzil can not be satisfied with mere Indian embarrassment. The case of three Indian #Wrestlers was handled by #NorthernRailway and #RailBhawan brought shame and embarrassment to India on international forums.

Like the #Balasore and #Khatauli accident where poor work ethic ensured field hands not doing what they should, #wrestlers protest was handled with no less stupidity. Every employee and officer gets mapped to a welfare inspector or personnel officer. The moment it was known that Indian Railway employees are subjected to sexual harassment, their superior officers should have immediately acted in minutes. Even if the motive of #Wrestlers was #politics, by discharging what the duty of superiors is, wholesale embarrassment would have been saved and such serious allegations would have been delicately handled.

A retired personnel officer has been very upset at the turn of events. He demanded to know since when seniors do not care if their subordinate is forced to protest in public, even if they had the wrong motive, how could GM, PCPO, DGM/Northern Railway & PED/HR, DG/HR, CRB close their eyes? He added that it didn’t matter what the Railway Minister wanted, there is a mechanism which automatically kicks in whenever a subordinate is under distress.

#Railwhispers fully concurs with this view. We believe that protest can have any motive but as railway-person, conduct rules should be equally applicable to protesters and their bosses.

But #KMG has divorced Indian Railways from its time tested practices. Whenever even in a remote corner a subordinate is in trouble even on his family front, senior supervisors and his superior officers step in without even asking their bosses-this is something all railwaymen are wired to do. But then when swimmers who are afraid of water are made super bosses, what else will happen.

Hon’ble #PMModiji we know as an individual you can not set everything right, but you can surely ask your cabinet minister to listen to feedback.

People have died sir, innocent are threatened by 56J while people against whom documentary evidence has been published continue to receive protection. Sir, Continued inaction of your incompetent minister has now brought international embarrassment to the country. Modiji, nothing will come from this “Babulal” except shame and embarrassment!
