Member Infra rear window inspection is going on

Today on 3rd July 2021 from Jammu to Shri Vaishnav Devi Katra (SVDK)

Following arrangements may please be ensured

1. No overcrowding and follow COVID Protocols. All BO

2. Covid test at 0600 hr in carriage of Member Infra, PCE & DRM Total 18 person incl staff of carriage. CMS FZR, DMO JAT

3. Morning tea, breakfast in all 3 carriages, snacks on way and lunch at katra. SrDCM FZR & DTM JAT.

4. SrDEN C, SrDEN 4, SrDOM, SrDSTE, SrDEE TRD, SrDSC from FZR and ADRM, DTM, DME, DMO & DEE from Jammu to accompany in inspection car from division. ADEN UHP, ASTE JAT, TI & SSE TRD to foot plate in MI Spl.

5. Finalise operational plan. Composition, power, crew etc. Special be ready and fully placed on PF 1 BY 0930 hr. Dep 1045 run through to Arrive Katra 1200 hr. SrDOM, DTM

6. Welcome bouquet/plants, momentoes, Inspection booklet etc. SrDEN C

7. Security, state protocol vehicle, VIP ring person etc for both family members and MI from 3rd till dep. on 5th. in liasion with USBRL. SrDSC FZR & ASC JAT.

8. Finalise stay of MI on 3rd night at Jammu. ADRM JAT, CE C USBRL.

All concerned may go through above and detail out their respective areas by 1100. Suggestions to be fine tuned at 1130.
