Contractor Vikram Singh submitted an other “COMPLAINT” against corrupt Officers & Employees under Northern Railway, Tilak Bridge DyCE/C Office and taken full responsibility to prove his stand if opportunity provided to him else Corruption money will be distributed continue between Railway Officers and Employees concerned, he said in a written statement to kanafoosi.com.

He said in his statement, “I hope no action will be taken on my complaint as I doubt money from this corruption may be supplied to higher authorities and to some officers under Vigilance department also”.

He say, “I undertake that I will not rely on any 3rd Party Test Reports and will rely on Test Checks witnessed by me and under Video Surveillance”.
