Every new day begins with new set of #accidents. #Engine failure, #derailment and #wheel-lock – all these four incidents are as usual but lead to blockage of traffic. And we are blamed for highlighting systemic and structural problems.

Poor #engine and #rollingstock reliability needs to be tackled. #CRB has himself spent more than 10 years in railway production units. He is well aware of officers who were recruited and will retire from these units. Change of place – #Rotation – is key to rejuvenation.
